摘  要:研究了离子液体催化剂[Hnhp]HSO_4催化硬脂酸酯化的工艺,结果表明在温度为60℃、醇酸摩尔比为15∶1、反应时间为3h和催化剂[Hnhp]HSO_4用量为硬脂酸的5%时,酯化率高达98.75%.酯化反应结束后催化剂与酯化产物有明显分层,多次循环催化后仍然具有较高的催化活性.Ionized liquid [Hnhp]HSO4 with excellent acid catalysis has many advantages of catalysts. Such as, harmless to the environment, well stability and good catalytic activity, and it was difficult to be oxidized. So,it is widely applied in many chemical reactions. In this paper, we studied the process of catalyzing stearic acid catalyzed by ionic liquid catalyst [Hnhp]HSO4. The results show that the esterification rate was 98.75% when the molar ratio of alkyd was 15 : 1, the reaction time was 3h and the amount of catalyst [Hnhp]HSO4 was 5 % of stearic acid. After the esterification reaction, the catalyst and the esterified product have obvious stratification, and the catalyst has high catalytic activity after several cycles of catalysis.
