自噬相关蛋白P62、OPTN在重度子痫前期胎盘滋养细胞中的表达及意义

摘　　要：研究自噬相关蛋白P62和OPTN在重度子痫前期胎盘滋养细胞中的表达及意义.分别收集正常孕妇、子痫前期重度患者胎盘组织各30例.用Western Blot法检测两组胎盘组织中自噬相关蛋白P62和OPTN的表达.结果表明:(1)正常孕妇和子痫前期重度患者胎盘滋养细胞中的P62和OPTN阳性表达有统计学差异(P<0.05),P62与病变程度呈负相关,OPTN与病变程度呈正相关;(2)P62和OPTN与子痫前期病变的发生发展密切相关,重度子痫前期患者胎盘滋养细胞中存在过度自噬.To investigate the expression and role of autophagy related protein P62 and OPTN in placen- ta trophocyte of severe preeclampsia. The placenta tissue from the normal pregnant women and patients with severe preeclampsia were collected 30 cases respectively. The level of autophagy related protein P62 and OPTN were tested by Western Blot.This study confirmed： （1）The expression levels of P62 and OPTN were significantly different（ P 〈 0.05） The level of P62 was negatively correlated with the degree of pathological changes.The level of OPTN was positively correlated with the degree of pathological changes.（2）P62 and OPTN were closely related to the development of preeclampsia, and excessive autophagy in placenta nourish cells of severe preeclampsia patients was observed.
