背部特定腧穴拔罐治疗小儿肺气亏虚型咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察背部特定腧穴拔罐治疗小儿肺气亏虚型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将60例肺气亏虚型咳嗽患儿随机分为2组。治疗组30例,予背部特定腧穴(双侧定喘、肺俞及肺底)拔罐治疗;对照组30例,予盐酸氨溴索口服溶液治疗。5 d为1个疗程,疗程结束后间隔2 d进行下个疗程,2个疗程后观察比较2组治疗前后咳嗽频率及咯痰量情况,比较2组治疗后有效患儿的起效时间(为接受治疗到症状好转的时间)及治愈患儿的治愈时间(为接受治疗到症状完全消失的时间),并随访6个月记录2组治愈患儿呼吸道疾病发作情况。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,痊愈率66.7%,对照组总有效率70.0%,痊愈率46.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后咳嗽频率及咯痰量评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后有效患儿起效时间及治愈患儿治愈时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治愈患儿随访6个月内呼吸道疾病发作情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论背部特定腧穴拔罐治疗小儿肺气亏虚型咳嗽疗效肯定,可有效改善患儿咳嗽、咯痰等临床症状,提高疗效,缩短病程,增强患儿抵抗力,减少呼吸系统疾病复发。Objective To observe the clinical effects of cupping specific acupoints on back for children cough with lung qi - deficiency type. Methods 60 children cough patients with lung qi - deficiency type were ran- domly divided into two groups. The treatment group （n = 30） was treated by cupping specific acupoints on back in- cluding Dingchuan （EX -B1 ） on both sides, Feishu （BL13） and Feidi, and the control group （n = 30） was treated by ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution. A treatment course was 5 d for two courses, and rest 2 d betwen two courses. The frequency of cough and the quantity of expectoration before and after treatment were compared in two groups. The onset time （from received treatment to improved the symptoms） of effective and time of cure （from received treatment to the symptoms completely disappeared） after treatment were compared in two groups, and the respiratory disease frequence was followed up 6 months. Results The total effective rate （96.7%） and cure rate （66.7%） in treat- ment group were superior to those in control group （70.0%, 46.7%, P 〈 0.05）. The scores of the frequency of cough and the quantity of expectoration after treatment in treatment group were obviously lower than those in control （P 〈 0.05）. The onset time and healing time after treatment in treatment group were shorter than those in control （P 〈 O. 05）. The frequency of respiratory disease in treatment group was less than that in control after following up 6 months （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Cupping specific acupoints on back for children ＇cough with lung qi - deficiency type, can effectively improve cough, expectoration and the other chnical symptoms, improve efficacy, shorten the course of disease, enhance children＇s resistance, reduce the recurrence of respiratory disease.
