摘  要:目的探讨地榆及地榆炭止血作用机制。方法将240只昆明种小鼠随机分为4个实验组,每组60只,雌雄各半,各组再随机分为空白组、云南白药组、地榆大剂量组、地榆小剂量组、地榆炭大剂量组、地榆炭小剂量组,每组10只,比较地榆炭和地榆对小鼠凝血时间、出血时间、血小板计数、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的影响。结果云南白药组、地榆大剂量组、地榆小剂量组、地榆炭大剂量组小鼠出血时间较空白组均缩短(P<0.01,P<0.05)。地榆炭小剂量组出血时间与空白组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。地榆大剂量组与地榆炭大剂量组出血时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),地榆小剂量组与地榆炭小剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。云南白药组、地榆大剂量组、地榆炭大剂量组小鼠凝血时间较空白组均缩短(P<0.01)。地榆小剂量组、地榆炭小剂量组凝血时间与空白组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。地榆大剂量组与地榆炭大剂量组凝血时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),地榆小剂量组与地榆炭小剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。地榆大剂量组、地榆小剂量组、地榆炭大剂量组小鼠血小板计数较空白组均升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。云南白药组、地榆炭小剂量组血小板计数与空白组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。地榆大剂量组血小板计数高于地榆炭大剂量组(P<0.01);地榆小剂量组血小板计数高于地榆炭小剂量组(P<0.05)。云南白药组、地榆大剂量组、地榆炭大剂量组小鼠PT、TT及APTT较空白组均缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)。地榆小剂量组、地榆炭小剂量组PT、TT及APTT与空白组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。地榆大剂量组与地榆炭大剂量组PT、TT及APTT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),地榆小剂量组与地榆炭小剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地榆�Objective To explore the hemostasis mechanisms of Radix Sanguisorbae and charred Radix Sanguisorbae. Methods 240 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, 60 mice in each group with half males and half females. The rats in each group were randomly divided into blank group, Yunnanbaiyao group, high dose of Radix Sanguisorbae group, low dose of Radix Sanguisorbae group, high dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group, low dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group, 10 mice in each group. The effects of clotting time, bleeding time, platelets count, thrombin time (TT), prothrombin time (PT) and activated partialthromboplastin time (APTT) were compared between the Radix Sanguisorbae and charred Radix Sanguisorbae in mice. Results The bleeding time in Yurmanbaiyao group, high dose of Radix Sanguisorbae group, low dose of Radix Sanguisorbae group and high dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group were shorter than those in blank group ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). There was no statistical difference on bleeding time between low dose of Radix Sanguisorbae group and blank group ( P 〉 0.05 ), high dose of Radix Sanguisorbaeand high dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group ( P 〉 0.05 ), low dose of Radix Sanguisorbae group and low dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group( P 〉 0.05 ). The clotting time in Yunnanbaiyao group, high dose of Radix Sanguisorbae group and high dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group was shorter than that in blank group (P 〈 0. 01 ). There was no statistical difference on clotting time among low dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group, low dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group and blank group (P 〈 0.05 ). There was no statistical difference on clotting time between high dose of Radix Sanguisorbae high and dose of charred Radix San- guisorbae group( P 〉 0.05 ), low dose of Radix Sanguisorbae group and low dose of charred Radix Sanguisorbae group (P 〉 0.05).
