National Innovation Systems: From Conception toward the Methodology of Analysis

摘　　要：文章首先考察了"国家创新体系"概念出现的前提,指出了新古典经济学理论、演化经济学理论、熊彼特经济学和新熊彼特经济理论在这一概念形成中所起到的重要作用。"国家创新体系"理论的出现为研究技术进步提供了一个更加新颖和独特的视角,但现有研究还存在一些不足之处。在已有研究成果的基础上,文章尝试提出一种新的研究方法,即从中观视角对国家创新体系的结构与功能进行分析,同时也可以为国家创新政策制定提供一定的理论依据。Theseminal contributions of the neoclassical economic theory, the evolutionary and neo - Schumpeterian approaches in establishing the concept of national innovation system （NIS） are considered, they are the basis of the concept of NIS. Although the concept of NIS has provided a new research methods and perspectives, but the emerging theory has met bottlenecks in the practice of the study. On the basis of existing research results, in the study, an attempt is made to offset the shortcomings of the NIS approach. As a result, an approach to developing research method of NIS is proposed. The system structure and functional approaches give a basis of this concept. The method also will provide theoretical basis for policy making
