摘　　要：经济全球化带来国际生产分工的细化和生产环节的全球分解,进而形成全球价值链,促使国际贸易由传统货物贸易向任务贸易转变。国际资本追逐效率和市场的天性,进一步加速了东亚生产网络的形成和复杂化,推动任务贸易和世界制造发展。国际贸易和国际投资与全球价值链的形成互为因果关系,影响着区域经济一体化进程,国际贸易的传统统计方法也逐渐受到挑战。中国处在东亚生产网络的核心位置,若要在未来区域经济一体化进程中掌握主动权,从长期看应重点推动价值链升级,从中短期看应鼓励企业参与国际供应链,主动回应减少供应链壁垒的国际倡议并提出中国主张。Economic globalization has brought about the refinement of international division of labor and the global decomposition of production link, propelled the formation of the Global Value Chains and the transformation of international trade from traditional trade in goods to trade in tasks. International capital has the nature of chasing efficiency and market, further accelerate the formation and complexity of East Asian production networks,and promote the development of trade in tasks and made in the world. International trade, international investment and the formation of Global Value Chains are causal relationship between each other, affecte the process of regional economic integration, and then the traditional statistical methods of international trade are gradually being challenged. China is at the core of the East Asian production net- works, to take the initiative in the process of regional economic integration, should fundamentally reverse the weak position of China＇s international division of labor system. In the long run, China should focus on promoting the value chain upgrade, in the medium and short term, encourage enterprises to participate in the international supply chain, and actively respond to international recommendations on reducing supply chain barriers and put forward Chinag proposition
