摘 要:目的:研究不同果龄罗汉果中甜苷Ⅳ、甜苷Ⅴ的检测方法及含量分布。方法:以不同果龄罗汉果鲜果为原材料,采用超声波辅助提取,D101大孔树脂吸附纯化,得到罗汉果中甜苷提取液;采用HPLC法对罗汉果甜苷提取液进行含量测定,得到不同果龄罗汉果的甜苷Ⅳ、甜苷Ⅴ含量数值。结果:采用HPLC法检测罗汉果甜苷提取液,甜苷Ⅳ、甜苷Ⅴ吸收峰能明显分开,并且具有可读性;罗汉果甜苷Ⅳ的含量从30天到50天呈递增趋势,在50天之后含量骤减,70天以后苷Ⅳ的含量极低。罗汉果甜苷Ⅴ含量在30天到70天不断增加,而在70天之后,苷Ⅴ的含量趋于稳定。结论:HPLC法能同时检测出罗汉果苷Ⅳ、苷Ⅴ含量,得到了不同果龄罗汉果中甜苷Ⅳ、甜苷Ⅴ含量分布规律。Objective Study of the test method and content distribution of Mogroside Ⅳ and Mogroside Ⅴ from different fruit age of Momordica grosvenori. Methohd By means of ultrasonic assisted extraction and the D101 macroporous adsorption resin extract mogroside from different fruit age of Momordica grosvenori. Mogrosides is determined by HPLC method including the content of Mogroside Ⅳ and Mogroside Ⅴ. Results Mogrosides is tested by HPLC method. It's easy to apart from the figure between Mogroside Ⅳ and Mogroside Ⅴ. The content of Mogroside Ⅳ is increasing from the age of 30 days to 50 days , decreasing after 50 days , and hitting the minimum after 70 days. The content of Mogroside Ⅴ is increasing from the age of 30 days to 70 days and maintaining after the age of 70 days. Conclusion The method of HPLC can test the content of Mogroside Ⅳ and Mogroside Ⅴ at the same time and figure out regularities of distribution between Mogroside Ⅳ and Mogroside Ⅴ from different fruit age of Momordica grosvenori.
