摘  要:采用环保型环氧大豆油类增塑剂制备MDI型粘合剂,考察了-NCO含量、增塑剂用量和气相白炭黑用量对粘合剂的影响。实验结果表明:随着-NCO含量的提高,粘合剂的黏度降低,但其固含量和制成样品的力学性能得到提高;随着增塑剂用量的增大,粘合剂的黏度和固含量提高,制成样品的力学性能基本不变,但增塑剂含量超过20%时,粘合剂各方面性能有所下降;当-NCO含量为10%、增塑剂用量为20%、气相白炭黑用量在0.3%时,粘合剂的物理性能以及制成样品的力学性能相对最佳,可以满足使用。The MDI - based adhesive were prepared by using environmental epoxidized soybean oil as plasticizers, the influence of the contents of - NCO and plasticizer contents and nano - white carbon black on the adhesive were studied. The result showed that the viscosity was decrease when - NCO contents were improved, but it could increase the solid content of adhesive and mechanical properties. The viscosity and solid content of adhesive were incline when plasticizer contents were enhanced, meanwhile, the mechanical properties of the samples were almost invariant; But all performance were declined when the plasticizer contents more than 20% ; When the contents of nano - white carbon black were 0.3%, plasticizer contents were 20% , - NCO contents were 10% , the physical performance and the properties of samples met the requirements.
