摘　　要：制备了具有良好表面性能的一液型聚氨酯树脂涂层,确定最佳工艺条件如下:选择AA-1,4-BG型和AA-EG型组合聚酯多元醇;其质量比为40:60时;自制耐光老化剂LCQ-3116质量分数为树脂固含量5%,光稳定剂HW-428质量分数为树脂固含量0.4%,可以达到耐光性设计要求;表面改良剂SAN(苯乙烯-丙烯腈聚合物)使用量为树脂固含量15%;DBP(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)使用量为树脂固含量5%;硅油使用量为树脂固含量0.5%时能够达到树脂表面性能要求。Prepare the polyurethane resin coating that have good surface properties of a fluid, through the analysis of the mechanical properties of light fastness analysis, IR analysis to study the optimum process conditions , Using the Polyester polyols （ AA - 1,4 - BG and AA - EG）. The mass proportion is 40：60 ; The added mass of combination of light fastening agent are LCQ -3116 for the resin solid content of 5%, and HW -428 for the resin solid content of 0.4%, To meet the light -resistant design requirements; The amount of surface improving agent SAN used for the resin solid content of 15% , DBP （dibutyl phthalate） used for the resin solid content of 5%, Silicone oil content for the resin solid content of O. 5%, can meet the resin surface performance design requirements.
