摘 要:黄酮类具有多种药理活性。目前从天然产物中提取和测定黄酮类化合物,这个研究课题已经被人们广泛关注。本实验主要利用超声波技术提取菊花中的黄酮,用无水乙醇提取菊花中黄酮的工艺路线。探讨了乙醇的体积分数,料液比,超声波的提取时间,超声波温度,浸泡时间等单因素实验对菊花中黄酮提取工艺的影响,结果得出乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1:20,超声波提取时间为20 min,超声温度为50℃,浸泡时间为24 h为最佳的实验条件。最后对粗提物进行紫外光谱检测,结果表明粗提物中确实含有黄酮。Flavonoid has many pharmacological activities. The extraction and determination of flavonoids from the natural products has become a research topic of people attention. This experiment use ultrasonic technology to extract the flavonoid in the chrysanthemum. This procese route is using absolute ethyl ethanol extract the flavonoid in the chrysanthemum, the optimum extraction parameters of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum indicum by ultrasonic were investigated including, the ratio of liquid, ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic temperature, soak time. The results showed that the concentration of ethanol was 60%. The ratio of material to liquid was 1:20, the ultrasonic extraction time was 20 min , the ultrasonic temperature was 50, the soaking time was 24 h for the best experimental conditions. Finally the crude was detected to contain flavonoid by ultraviolet spectrum.
