摘　　要：针对在紧急状态下6m焦炉加煤车加煤过程中可能发生的爆鸣或爆炸问题,分析了当前加煤过程中存在的问题,并通过在加煤除尘管道上设置自动放散管、紧急断开装置等措施,实现了紧急状态下加煤过程的安全。通过实验,除尘放散开启、管道断开响应时间<10s。Aiming at the possible 6 meters coke oven in the state of emergency in the process of coal and coal detonating or explosion problem, analyzes the existing problems in the process of coal, and the measures on the coal dust pipe is arranged on the automatic exhaust pipe, emergency disconnect device, realize the emergency process with coal the safety. Through the experiment, the dust discharge opening, the pipeline disconnect response time of 10 seconds.
