摘 要:统计浙江省内数家监测站的监测数据,系统研究了锰、铁、铜、锌、铍、铊等6种重金属监测的相对偏差、相对误差、加标回收率等精密度和准确度质控指标水平。与相关标准进行比较,结果表明浙江省重金属监测数据的室内相对偏差范围基本与行业标准规定相符,加标回收率范围优于标准要求。通过增加对室间相对偏差和相对误差两个指标的统计与研究,对质量控制评价体系进行补充,提出浙江省内相关项目质量控制指标建议值,为浙江省重金属元素监测的质量控制提供技术支撑。Based on the monitoring data from several monitoring stations in Zhejiang province, quality control index such as relative deviation , relative error and spike recovery for 6 kinds of heavy metals ( Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Be, Tl) in the water was studied systematically. Comparing with the related standard, the result showed that the indoor relative deviation (RD) range of heavy metals monitoring of Zhejiang province were consistent with the industrial standard, while the spike recoveries range were superior to the standard requirements. The quality control evaluation system was refined by adding the research of inter - laboratory relative deviation (RD') and the relative error (RE). Based on the research results and reference standard, we proposed recommended values of quality control index, which may provide technical support for the quality control of heavy metals monitoring in Zhejiang province.
