村级管理中的女性参政问题研究

摘　　要：对女性参政问题进行研究是促进我国男女实质平等和社会主义发展民主化、科学化的重要内容。从我国各地区基层调研报告的数据中选择部分具有代表性的地区分析村级管理下的女性参政的现状发现,村级管理中普遍存在农村女性参政比例低下、参政意识薄弱、参政能力不强及兼职化现象严重等问题。我们应从解放思想、提高农村女性地位、完善机制、提升素质等方面入手,提出更具操作性和实践性的对策,以促进农村女性参政比例的提高,发挥农村女性在村级管理中的积极作用。The study of women＇ s participation in politics is an important part to promote the equality of men and women, and to promote the scientific development of socialism and democracy. We chose some represent- ative areas from each regions of China＇ s grass - roots research data to analyze the current situation of wome n＇ s participation in village management. The study shows that problems are serious, such as, low proportion of women＇ s participation, lack of consciousness, incapability and the problem of part - time working. In or- der to solve these problems, we propose more operational and practical measures： emancipating the mind, im- proving women＇ s status and supporting mechanism, etc. It is helpful to increase the proportion of rural women＇s participation and inspire their initiatives in village -level management.
