受流动影响的农村女性健康状况影响分析——基于第三期中国妇女社会地位调查四川数据

摘　　要：利用第三期中国妇女社会地位调查四川数据,对流动影响下的农村女性健康状况研究分析发现:农村女性内部健康状况和体检情况差异显著,但总体都低于城镇女性。在流动背景下,外出务工过程在一定程度上提高了女性的经济和家庭地位,同时也影响其健康状况以及就医、体检行为。受年龄、就业、家务劳动承担量的影响,在外务工女性青年比例、在业率、承担一半及以下家务劳动的比例都高于其他农村女性,务工女性健康自评、产检遵医嘱比例高,慢性病、妇科病比例低,但同样受医保缴纳率低的影响,务工女性全面体检和妇检的比例也低。而青年留守女性慢性病和妇科病比例高于其他青年农村女性,未流动的农村老年女性健康自评状况最低。我们应特别关注农村老年女性、贫困女性、留守女性的身心健康,同时加快在外务工女性医疗保障制度建设,努力改善农村女性健康环境。Based on the data of Sichuan from the 3rd national survey about women＇s status, this study reveals that the health and physical examinations of rural women are much fewer than that of urban women, and there are significant differences. In the context of mobility, although migrant working experience improves wome n＇ s economic and family status, it affects their health, medical treatment and physical examination. The pro- portion of young migrant women, employment rate, and ratio of women sharing half or less housework are all higher than that of other rural women. And migrant female workers＇ health valuation and prenatal care rate are higher than those of other rural women. Their rate of chronic and gynecological diseases is lower than other rural women. Due to the low medical insurance, the migrant women＇ s physical and gynecological examina- tions are also low. The left behind young women＇ s proportion of chronic diseases and gynecological diseases is higher than other young rural women. The rural elderly women without flow experience have the lowest self- appraisal health. We should pay special attention to the rural elderly, poor, left behind women＇ s physical and mental health, while speeding up the medical care system construction for the female workers in city and improving condition of rural women＇ s health.
