摘　　要：中国的慈善业源远流长,发展到今天更是成绩斐然,当然也不可避免地存在着一些问题,这些问题既有客观原因又有主观因素。对此,我们可以借鉴美国的公益事业发展的经验,但决不能照抄照搬,而应理性分析,取长补短。通过加大宣传力度,增进全民慈善意识,畅通捐赠渠道,制定和完善相关法律法规等措施,探索适合中国国情的具有中国特色的慈善业发展之路。Charity industry of China has a long history, and the achievement of its development is obvious. Of course, inevitably there are some problems, of which there are both objective cause and subjective factors. We can learn from the experience of American public welfare, but we should not copy it, we should analyze it rationally. By strengthening publicity, we can improve the charitable consciousness, open donation channels, formulate and improve relevant laws and regulations and other measures. These measures can give assistance to the development of philanthropy in China.
