银杏叶片对老年冠心病心绞痛疗效的系统评价

摘　　要：目的观察银杏叶片对老年冠心病心绞痛疗效的系统评价。方法将医院心血管内科就诊的124例老年冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用银杏叶片治疗。观察2组患者心绞痛症状改善、心电图及血脂在治疗前后的变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组心绞痛症状好转总有效率为88.71%,高于对照组的72.78%(P<0.05);观察组心电图改善总有效率为88.71%,高于对照组的69.35%;治疗后,观察组TG、TC指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶片对老年冠心病心绞痛患者治疗效果较常规治疗更为显著,可有效减轻心绞痛症状,值得推广及继续深入研究。Objective To study the efficacy of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 124 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group,62 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conven- tional therapy, and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets on the basis of conventional treatment. They were continuous treatment for 1 weeks. Observed the improvement of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram （ECG） and the change of blood lipid before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 88.71% in the observa- tion group and higher than that of 72.78% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the electrocardiogram was 88.71% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group （69.35%）. After treatment, the levels of TG and TC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba leaf is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. It can relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris in elderly patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and digging further deep research.
