氟马西尼联合纳洛酮和醒脑静救治急性安定中毒的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟马西尼联合纳洛酮和醒脑静救治急性安定患者的临床效果。方法选取2006年1月至2016年12月收治的270例急性安定中毒患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组、对照1组及对照2组,各90例。三组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上治疗组患者应用氟马西尼联合纳洛酮和醒脑静治疗,对照1组患者应用氟马西尼和纳洛酮联合治疗,对照2组患者应用氟马西尼和醒脑静联合治疗,观察三组患者意识恢复时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者的嗜睡时间、昏睡时间均短于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照1组的嗜睡时间、昏睡时间均短于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟马西尼联合纳洛酮和醒脑救治急性安定中毒具有协同作用,可以明显缩短患者意识恢复时间,且不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical effect of flumazenil combined with naloxone and Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute diazepam poisoning. Methods From January 2006 to December 2016, 270 acute diazepam poisoning patients were selected and randomly divided into study group, control group 1 and control group 2, with 90 cases in each group. All the patients were given routine treatment, the study group received flumazenil combined with naloxone and Xingnaojing injection on the basis of routine treatment, the group 1 accepted flumazenil combined with naloxone, the group 2 was treated with flumazenil combined with Xingnaojing injection. The consciousness recovery time and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results The somnolence time and lethargy time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group 1 and control group 2（P〈0.05）. The somnolence time and lethargy time of the control group 1 were shorter than those of the control group 2（P〈0.05）. There was no signifcant difference on the inciedence rate of adverse reactions among the three groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Flumazenil combined with naloxone and Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute diazepam poisoning has synergistic effect, it can signifanctly shorten the consciousness recovery time, and has less adverse reactions.
