摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对改善中老年肺癌患者消极情绪的效果。方法选取我院收治的中老年肺癌患者134例,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各67例。对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理,试验组患者在此基础上给予心理护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果干预后,两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均显著降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的生活质量评分均显著提高,且观察组患者评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用心理护理能够改善中老年肺癌患者的消极情绪。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on negative emotions in middle and old aged patients with lung cancer. Methods One hundred and thirty four cases of middle and old aged patients with lung cancer admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 67 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing, and the experimental group were given psychological nursing based on the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the scores of the life quality of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those of the experimental group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the negative emotion for middle and old aged patients with lung cancer.
