稳定期COPD患者肺功能与DOSE指数及6MWT相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察和评价稳定期COPD患者的病情演变,探讨稳定期COPD患者DOSE指数和6MWT之间的相关关系。方法 2014年6月至2016年6月我社区对稳定期COPD患者进行肺功能检查,记录6 min步行距离和DOSE指数,采用Person相关分析和Spearman相关分析评估它们之间的相关性。结果完成观察的59例稳定期患者DOSE指数与FEV1%pre评分呈正相关(r=0.518,P<0.001);DOSE指数与6MWT评分呈正相关(r=0.663,P<0.001);6MWT与FEV1%pre测量值呈正相关(r=0.654,P<0.001)。结论稳定期COPD患者6MWT与DOSE指数有良好的相关关系,两者结合可客观评价COPD患者的运动耐力和疾病严重程度,在COPD的临床管理工作中有一定的应用价值,值得临床推广。Objective Through the observation and evaluation of the disease evolution of patients with stable COPD, to investigate the correlation between lung function with DOSE and 6 rain walk test （6MWT） in patients with stable COPD. Methods Test lung function in patients with stable stage of COPD in our community from June 2014 to June 2016 were taken to record 6MWT and DOSE index, the Person related analysis and Spearman correlation analysis were used to evaluate the correlation between them. Results Fifty-nine patients with stable stage of COPD completed the observation, DOSE index was positively correlated with the FEV1%pre score （r=0.518,P〈0.001）; DOSE index was positively correlated with the 6MWT score （r=0.663, P〈0.001）; the 6MWT was positively correlated with FEVI% pre measurements （r=0.654,P〈0.001）. Conclusion There is a good correlation between 6MWT and DOSE in patients with stable COPD, the combination of the two indexes can be an objective evaluation of COPD patients with exercise tolerance and disease severity, which has certain application value in the clinical management of COPD, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
