中医针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨顽固性呃逆患者采取中医针刺治疗的疗效,为中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的应用提供理论依据。方法选取2013年11月至2016年10月在医院接受治疗的60例顽固性呃逆患者作为此次研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组患者采用吸气后屏气法和含水屏气法治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用针刺进行治疗,观察和记录两组患者的各项症状,分析并比较两组患者治疗效果和满意度。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顽固性呃逆患者采取中医针刺治疗的疗效显著,患者的各项症状和生活质量得到显著改善,治愈率、满意度较高,临床上值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment on patients with intractable hiccup, and provide theoretical basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of intractable hiccup. Methods Sixty cases of patients with intractable hiccup from November 2013 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with inspiratory breath holding and water holding, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The symptoms of the two groups were observed and recorded, and the efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was obviously higher than 83.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of intractable hiccup with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture is effective, the symptoms and quality of life of patients effect have been significantly improved, the cure rate and satisfaction are higher, which is worthy of nonularization and annlication in clinic.
