摘 要:利用脱硅磷石膏、碳酸氢铵和氨水为原料,制备硫酸铵和碳酸钙,通过正交试验设计和单因素试验,探索最佳工艺条件。结果表明适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间2h,物料比1.11,液固比2.2,搅拌速度200r/min。此时硫的转化率为99.66%,硫的回收率为97.89%,氮的回收率为89.47%,综合回收率为93.68%,碳酸钙的过滤强度为653.79kg/m^2·h。硫酸铵产品质量达到了国家标准一等品的要求,碳酸钙产品中CaCO_3质量分数达到了97.74%,实现了磷石膏的高效利用。Ammonium sulfate and calcium carbonate were prepared using desilicon phosphogypsum, ammonium bicarbonate and ammonia as raw materials. The orthogonal test design and single factor experiment were used to explore the optimum conditions for preparing ammonium sulfate and calcium carbonate with desilicon phosphogypsum. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows; reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 2 h, materials ratio 1.11, liquid to solid ratio 2.2, stirring speed 200 r/min, conversion of sulfur 99.66%, recovery of sulfur 97.89%, recovery of nitrogen 89.47%, comprehensive recovery rate 93.68%, and filtration intensity of calcium carbonate 653.79 kg/ m^2· h. The ammonium sulfate product reached requirements of the national first-class goods in quality and content of CaCO3 in the calcium carbonate products up to 97.74% achieved the efficient use of phosphogypsum.
