摘 要:对国内外在粘土水泥浆配比方面的研究进展进行了综述,重点总结水泥掺量对浆液性能的影响,包括流动性、凝结时间、析水率、抗渗性等物理性能,以及抗压强度、抗剪强度等力学性能。通过分析前人的研究成果,总结了水泥掺量对浆液各种性能因素的影响规律,以期指导进一步的研究和工程应用。由于影响粘土水泥浆性能的因素较多,且相互耦合,目前的研究还处于探索阶段,建议开展专门研究,将浆液性能微观定量化,并探索多尺度分析研究的方法,建立较为统一的粘土水泥浆液分析理论和规范浆液制备方法。Clay-cement paste is widely used in grouting engineering with the lower cost compared to pure cement paste and can be reused in waste soil. The research progress on the mixture ratio of clay-cement pastes at home and abroad is reviewed focusing on summary of impact of the cement content on the slurry properties, including mobility, setting time, water separating rate, impermeability and other physical properties as well as mechanical properties such as compressive strength, shear strength and so on. The law of influence of cement content on the various performance factors is put forward by comparing the results of previous studies to guide the further study and engineering application. The current study is still in the exploratory stage due to many factors affecting the performance of clay-cement paste and the mutual coupling. The special study is required to microscopically quantify the slurry properties and to explore the method of multi-scale analysis with the establishment of the relatively unified clay-cement and slurry analysis theory and the normative slurry preparation methods.
