成批伤员的急诊处置探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨成批伤员的急诊处理措施。方法选取该院2012年1月至2015年12月收治的车祸致成批伤员68批次共计349例次,根据其受伤程度的不同分别采取不同的急诊急救处理措施。结果根据受伤部位及病情严重程度,所有伤员均得到有序、有效的救治,经消毒、清创、包扎等常规处理及肌内注射破伤风抗毒素(TAT)后留院观察或回家64例,经临时骨折外固定、急诊清创缝合术后收入骨科住院119例,经吸氧、止血、抗休克等对症处理后进入外科住院或手术室抢救106例,现场紧急抢救病情稳定后进入重症监护病房治疗52例,另8例抢救无效现场死亡。结论开展有效的急诊、急救操作训练及加强急诊管理,按成批伤员救护程序有序、顺利地开展各项救治工作,可以提高急诊工作效率,从而保证医疗安全。Objective To study the emergency treatment measures for mass casualty. Methods Selection of our hospital from January 2012 to 2015 in December, a total of 349 cases of 68 brach injured in the accident caused by a total of passengers, according to the different levels of their injuries were taken different emergency treatment measures. Results According to the site of injury and the severity of the disease, all the wounded were treated in an orderly and effective, after disinfection and debridement, dressing and other conventional treatment and stay or go home after intramuscular injection of tetaunus antitoxin （TAT） in 64 cases, the temporary external fixation, debridement and suturing after surgery 119 patients hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics of income,through the absorption of oxygen,hemostasis, anti shock after symptomatic treatment in the surgical operation room hospital or on-site emergency rescue rescue 106 cases,stable disease after entering the intensive car unit treatment in 52 cases, another 8 cases of rescue invalid death scene. Conclusion To carry out effective emergency rescue operation training and strengthening emergency management, according to the emergency procedures in order to carry out the emergency treatment, and successfully carry out the treatment work, can improve the efficiency of emergency work, thus ensuring the safety of medical treatment.
