摘 要:建立浮顶罐静止储存状态下的物理及数学模型,采用有限容积法,对不同工况下罐内原油的流动及传热过程进行数值模拟,分析储油液位、环境温度及初始油温对罐内原油温度分布的影响规律。结果表明:罐顶最先形成凝油层,罐壁次之,罐底最慢且随温降进行凝油层生成速率降低;当环境温度及初始油温较高时,可以适当延长储罐安全储存时间。A physical and mathematical model of floating roof oil tank under the condition of stationary storage is established, and the numerical simulations of the flow and heat transfer process of oil tank under different working conditions arc conducted using the finite volume method to analyze the effect of the oil level, ambient temperature and initial temperature on temperature distribution law of the crude oil tank. The results show that the tank roof forms the condensate reservoir firstly, the tank wall second, and the bottom of the tank is the slowest and the formation rate of condensate reservoir decrease with the temperature drop. And when the ambient temperature and the initial temperature is high, it can prolong the storage time for safety.
