摘 要:为了解决夜视兼容液晶显示屏的红外光干扰问题,采用RGB三色LED和紫外LED作为背光源,在紫外LED附近添加荧光粉,发出微弱的红外光和可见光,通过控制不同LED的亮灭及发光亮度,使背光源较好地适应白天及夜视应用环境。根据10.4 inch的背光源的亮度和均匀性的相关规定,利用TracePro模拟LED光源模型,确定了LED的数量和排列方式,并设计了背光模组的结构。仿真结果表明,在夜视兼容模式下,通过夜视仪或者裸眼都可以看清液晶显示屏上显示的信息。In order to solve the infrared light interference problem of night vision-compatible LCD screen, RGB three-color LED and UV LED were used as the backlight source. The phosphor was added on UV LED to emit weak infi'ared light and visible light. By controlling the on-off and the brightness of different LEDs, the backlight module can be well adapted the day and night vision environment. According to the requirements of relevant standards for brightness and uniformity of 10.4 inch backlight source, the quantity and the arrangement of LEDs were determined through the TracePro simulation. Thereafter the structure of the backlight system was designed. The simulation results show that the information on the LCD screen can be seen clearly through night vision device or with our naked eyes in the night vision compatibility mode.
