摘　　要：为了提高金属卤化灯产品可靠性和生产效率,研制了1台高性能金属卤化物灯电弧管排气车。该设计把手套箱、排气车联合为一体,把常规排气过程中排气车体外的手工注料,改在手套箱内全自动注丸、注汞、注钪,避免药丸在注丸过程中受到污染,并且提高了排气效率。经过长期跟踪发现,本设备生产出的电弧管光电参数明显优于常规排气工艺下生产的产品,产品使用寿命延长。In order to enhance the product reliability and raise the productivity, a high performance exhausting machine used for the production of metal halide lamp arc tubes was developed. The new exhatisting machine is combined with a glove box and a pump system. In the traditional exhausting process, the dosing of metal halide pills, scandium pellets or mercury occur in the air by manual. But by this new machine, these dosing processes could be completed in the glove box automatically, which can not only avoid the pills, pellets and mercury to be polluted by the hydrone in the air, but also improve the productivity. Alter a long-term tracking test, it is tbund that the photometric parameters and lifetime of the arc tubes produced by this equipment are obviously better than those produced by conventional exhaust process.
