航天诱变对美国石竹SP1代植株光合特性影响

摘  要:经第21颗返回式卫星搭载诱变的美国石竹种子,其植株叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度与未搭载的植株相比都明显低于对照,且达到显著水平(P<0.01和P<0.05),分别降低了19.4%、20.1%、27.7%;实验组变异幅度明显增大,3项指标测定数据最大值是最小值的3倍左右,净光合速率变异系数最大,达到了36%。Compared with the stocks on the earth, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal con- ductance of leaves of induced Dianthus barbatus boarded by the 21th recoverable satellite are obviously lower than CK, with reaching significant level (P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0. 05 ), and they have been reduced by 19.4% , 20.1% and 27.7 % separately. The variation range of experimental group has obviously increased, the maximum values of three indexes are about three times of the minimum values. The variation coefficient of net photosynthetic rate is the highest, reaching to 36%.
