摘  要:用乙酰胺(CH_3CONH_2)和乙二醇(EG)进行混合共熔,获得乙酰胺-乙二醇低共熔溶剂(CH_3CONH_2-EG Deep Eutectic Solvents,简称DESs),在这种低共熔溶剂中,可进行铅锑合金的电解分离获得纯锑.研究了CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs的熔点、密度、粘度、电导率等物化性质与其组成和温度的关系;通过线性伏安扫描法测定了1CH_3CONH_2∶2EG DES的电化学窗口为2.63 V.研究结果表明,当EG的摩尔百分数为80%时,1CH_3CONH_2∶4EG DES具有最低共熔点温度-57℃;当温度从20℃升高至90℃时,1CH_3CONH_2∶2EG DES的密度从1.061 0 g/cm^3下降到1.015 3 g/cm^3,而且密度与温度呈线性关系;随着温度升高以及EG摩尔百分数减小,CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs的粘度减小,当温度为70℃、EG摩尔分数为50%时,粘度为4.953 mPa·s;CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs的电导率随温度升高而增大,随EG摩尔百分数增大而减小,当温度为80℃、EG摩尔百分数为50%时,电导率为17.63μS/cm.CH3 CONH2 -EG deep eutectic solvents(DESs) are prepared by mixing acetamide( CH3 CONH2 )with ethylene glycol (EG) and then melting. The solvents can be used to separate pure antimony from lead - antimony alloy by electrolytic separation. The physicochemieal properties of CH3CONH2 -EG DESs such as melting point, density, viscosity and conductivity are measured as a function of the composition and temperature. The electro- chemical window of 1CH3CONH2 : 2EG DES is measured as 2.63 V by linear sweep voltammetry. The result shows that 1CH3CONH2:4EG DES has the lowest eutectic point temperature, -57℃ , as the mole fraction of EG is 80%. When the temperature rises from 20℃ to 90℃, the density of 1CH3CONH::2EG DES decreases from 1. 061 0 g,/cm^3 to 1. 015 3 g/cm^3, and the density has a linear relation with temperature. The viscosity of CH3CONH2 -EG DESs decreases with temperature rising and EG mole fraction decreasing, and the viscosity is 4. 953 mPa · s, at 70℃ and EG mole fraction being 50%. The conductivity of CH3CONH2 - EG DESs increases with temperature rising, and decreases with EG mole fraction decreasing, and the conductivity is 17.63 μS/cm at 80℃ and EG mole fraction being 50%.
