摘  要:医用钛合金材料以其优良的生物相容性,优越的综合力学性能一直被各国学者广泛研究.本文对比了医用钛合金材料和其他医用金属材料的力学性能和生物相容性,给出钛合金是目前适用于生物材料领域的医用金属材料的依据.对比了各种医用钛合金材料发展和应用,纯钛和Ti-6Al-4V力学性能和人体器官各个部位的可替代性,在此基础上发展的第二代生物医用钛合金Ti-6Al-7Nb研究重点集中在生物相容性和力学相容性上,从20世纪90年代以来,以力学性能和生物相容性较好的Ti-Ta,Ti-Zr为代表的第三代医用钛合金的开发集中在烧结工艺、有益人体金属元素方面的研究.Medical titanium alloys have been widely studied by scholars all over the world for their excellent bio- compatibility and superior mechanical properties. In this paper, the mechanical properties and biocompatibility of medical titanium alloy materials and other medical metal material are compared to offer evidence to prove that ti- tanium alloy is a suitable medical metal material for biomaterials. A comparative analysis of the development of various kinds of medical titanium alloy materials and applications shows the following research directions. Pure ti- tanium and Ti - 6A1 - 4V are the first generation of biomedical titanium alloy materials for their mechanical prop- erties and substitutability to every part of skeletal tissue in the field of biomedical materials. The second genera- tion of biomedical titanium alloy Ti -6A1 -7Nb alloy focuses on the biological compatibility and mechanical com- patibility. Since 1990s, due to their good biocompatibility and mechanical properties, Ti -Ta and Ti -Zr have become the representatives of the third generation of medical titanium alloys, the study emphasis of which is the sintering process and metal elements beneficial to human body.
