摘 要:以水和草酸为沉淀剂,采用SnCl_2为锡源,沉淀法制备了不同粒径和形状的SnO_2粉体,并通过XRD、FE-SEM和BET等方法对粉体进行了表征.结果表明,以水为沉淀剂时,采用倾注和滴加方式实验得到的SnO_2粉体颗粒大小不同,但颗粒均匀,分散性良好,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分散剂的添加对粉体的分散起着重要的作用.以草酸水溶液作为沉淀剂时,经正滴和反滴实验分别得到棒状和花型类球状SnO_2粉体颗粒,以草酸无水乙醇为沉淀剂时,正滴和反滴方式分别得到中空壁薄的管状和花型类球状.采用不同沉淀剂制备的SnO_2粉体物相均为四方晶系.SnO2 powder with different sizes and shapes is synthesized by coprecipitation technique using water and oxalic acid as precipitant, and stannous chloride as tin source. The structure and morphology of SnO2 powder are then characterized by XRD, FE - SEM and BET. The results show that the crystal structure of SnO2 powder syn- thesized by both precipitants is tetragonal crystal. When water is used as precipitant, the synthesized SnO2pow- der is near - spherical particle of uniform size and good dispersion. The adding way (pouring - in adding or dropwise adding) affects the size of the SnO2 powder. The addition of dispersant PVP is of great importance to the dispersibility of the powder. When oxalic acid aqueous solution is employed as precipitant, rod - shape and flow- erlike spherical SnO2 powder are obtained respectively from the titration precipitation method and reverse -titra- tion precipitation method. With oxalic acid ethanol solution as precipitant, thin -walled tubular and flowerlike spherical SnO2 powder are obtained respectively from those two methods.
