依达拉奉治疗突发性聋的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：探讨依达拉奉在治疗突发性聋中的临床疗效.选取突发性聋患者177例,随机分为对照组及观察组,两组均给予常规治疗.观察组在常规治疗基础上给予依达拉奉治疗,治疗后比较两组疗效.结果表明,在相同听力曲线类型患者中,低频下降型两组痊愈率及有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05);高频下降型观察组的有效率高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全频下降型观察组的痊愈率高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在相同听力损失程度患者中,轻度听力损失时两组痊愈率及有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组在中度及重度听力损失时痊愈率及有效率均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).因此,依达拉奉联合常规方法治疗突发性聋,可提高治疗高频下降型、全频下降型及中、重度听力损失型突发性聋的疗效.The clinical therapeutic effect of Edaravone on sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients is investigated. 177 patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss are selected and randomly divided into contrast group and ob- servation group. The two groups are both treated by conventional therapy, and meanwhile the observation group is additionally treated by Edaravone. After treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups is compared. For pa- tients with the same type of hearing curve, there is no significant difference between the two groups in the case of low - frequency sudden sensorineural hearing loss （P 〉 0. 05 ）. In case of high - frequency sudden sensorineural hearing loss, the effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the contrast group, and the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. In the case of all frequency sudden sensorineural hearing loss, the cure rate of the observation group is higher than that of the contrast group, and the difference is also statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. For patients with the same degree of hearing loss, there is no clinically significant difference between the two groups in the case of slight sudden sensorineural hearing loss （P 〉 0. 05 ）. In the case of mild and severe sudden sensorineural hearing loss, the cure rate and effective rate of the observation group are both higher than those of the contrast group, and the difference is statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. In conclusion, Edaravone combined with conventional treatment can improve the therapeutic effect on sudden sensorineural hearing loss pa- tients who suffer from high -frequency, all -frequency or moderate and severe hearing loss.
