摘  要:采用自行设计的五段式扩径顶头的大扩径斜轧穿孔工艺,将实心圆管坯一次穿制成大口径空心毛管,可以将扩径率提高至70%,突破了锥形辊穿孔扩径率30%的极限,大大减少能源消耗,提高金属成材率,减少管坯规格,显著降低大口径热轧无缝钢管的生产成本。本文借助于有限元分析软件Simufact对大扩径斜轧穿孔过程进行三维热力耦合模拟,分析大扩径斜轧穿孔过程中的应力/应变状态、力能参数、运动学参数、温度分布、以及大口径毛管的尺寸精度等,为大扩径斜轧穿孔的工具设计及调整参数优化提供科学依据。This paper used a self-designed expanding plug which has five stages, the large diameter expanding skew rolling piercing technology could directly pierce the solid round billet into the large diameter hollow tube, increasing the expanding rate to 70% , which broke through the limit of 30% of expanding rate of cone-type piercer. It greatly reduces energy consumption, improving the metal yield, reducing round billet specifications, and significantly reduces the large diameter hot-rolled seamless steel tube production cost. With the aid of the finite element software Simufact, a 3 D thermo-meehanical simulation was presented on the large diameter expan- ding skew rolling piercing process. It was analyzed that stress-strain, temperature field, mechanical parame- ters, kinematic parameters and dimensional precision of pierced shell on expanding skew rolling piercing process, which provides scientific bases for tools design and parameters adjustment.
