摘　　要：为改善铸坯产品质量,对压下辊采用了凸形辊轻压下法。但是拉矫机采用凸辊时,常规的引锭链容易挤伤上辊或者辊子划伤引锭链,在送引锭时容易产生打滑。文章给出了一种新型引锭链,链节做成Y型结构,减少引锭链划伤,销轴和链节之间装有轴套,轴套采用自润滑轴承,减少了引锭打滑现象。In order to improve the slab quality, some of casting billet caster put to use dynamic soft pressure technology. As a result of using withdrawal-straightening machine with convex roller, dummy bar chain and the upper roll was easy to scratch each other because of extruding, and to skid while inserting dummy bar. This pa- per presented a new dummy bar chain. The chain adopted Y type structure, and there was a decrease in scratch accidents. The pin roll was connected with the dummy bar chain through a shaft sleeve. The sleeve adopted self lubrication bearing, and there was a decrease in skid accidents.
