特厚板坯连铸机液压同步回路的应用

摘　　要：本文对应用在特厚板坯连铸机的同步回路进行了介绍。该同步回路精度要求高,中间包车升降采用调速阀控制,同步精度控制在1 mm内;扇形段辊缝调节装置采用高频开关阀控制,同步精度保证在0.05 mm内;结晶器调宽采用比例阀同步控制,同步精度保证在0.1 mm内。该板坯连铸机运行稳定,结果表明各液压同步控制回路的设计和配置合理。Hydraulic synchronous circuits applied in slab continuous casting machine were introduced, tundish car lifting circuit was controUed by flow control valve, got the precision of lmm. Segment roller gap adjusting cir- cuit was controlled by high frequency on-off solenoid valve, which achieved the precision of O. 05ram. Mould width adjusting circuit was controlled by proportional valve, which meet the precision of 0. lmm. This slab CC machine runs stable, it showed that the design and configure of hydraulic synchronous circuits are reasonable.
