深化中哈货币金融合作的可行性分析

摘　　要：深化货币金融合作应在经济发展水平相近、合作意愿较强的国家间进行,这样更易实施,有利于通过示范作用带动其他国家。中国与哈萨克斯坦近年来货币金融合作已初见成效,且深化中哈货币金融合作也有利于推动中国与中亚五国货币金融合作及人民币在中亚国家的跨境支付结算。本文以最优货币区理论为基础,利用相关系数与VAR模型对深化中国与哈萨克斯坦货币金融合作的可行性进行了分析,并认为两国具备深化货币金融合作的条件。今后可通过完善中哈金融基础设施建设、构建多层次的金融服务市场、加强两国的金融监管合作等途径深化中哈货币金融合作。Deepening monetary and financial ccoperation should be the carried out in countries with similar economic devel- opment level and strong cooperation wills, which will lead to easier implementation and drive other countries through the demonstration effect. Sino - Kazakhstan monetary and financial ccoperation has seen initial results in recent years. Deepening the bilateral monetary and financial cooperation is conducive to promote China and the five central Asian countries monetary and financial cooperation and RMB internationalization in central Asia regions. This paper, based on the theory of optimum currency areas, makes an analysis of the feasibility of deepening the monetary and financial cooperation between China and Kasakhstan by using the correlation coefficient and the VAR model and summarizes conditions for China and Kazakhstan to deepen monetary and flnancial cooperation. Finally it puts forwards such measures as perfecting the financial infrastructure construction of the two countries, building a multi - level financial service market and strengthening financial supervision cooperation to deepen Sine - Kazakhstan monetary and financial cooperation.
