摘　　要：纪律处分是高校学生教育管理的重要手段之一,其制度法治化是教育法治建设的必然要求。我国高校学生纪律处分制度尚存有缺失和疏漏,纪律处分纠纷频发,影响了高校的和谐稳定。本文秉承法治理念,从法律优先、法律保留、比例原则、正当程序等法治原则视角审视和完善高校学生纪律处分制度,促进依法治校,推进教育法治建设。Disciplinary punishment is one of the important means to educate ana manage college students. The legalization of disciplinary punishment system is an inevitable requirement of the rule of law in education. The current disciplinary punishment system in colleges has its own deficiencies and problems, which has caused a large number of disputes and affected the stability of colleges. Based on the ideas of the rule of law, this paper aims to review the disciplinary punishment system in colleges from the perspectives of the legal principles of Vorrang des Gesetzes, Vorbehalt des Gesetzes, proportionality and due procedure, so as to promote the establishment and implementation of the rule of law in colleges.
