摘　　要：随着地方普通本科院校向应用型转变的发展,校企合作成为其转型的关键。本科院校的校企合作重点是:通过发现企业人才需求的变化调整人才培养方案;通过与企业进行项目合作提升教师和学生的实践能力;通过与企业长期的接触发现并帮助企业解决发展中的问题,要达到这些目标需要广泛深入的校企接触。本文以地方行业协会为基础,建立高校与企业交流互动的信息平台,促进校企广泛深入的接触,最终达到长期有效的校企合作目的。The cooperation between universities and enterprises is the key to the transition of local un- dergraduate universities from traditional universities to application-oriented universities. Through the university-enterprise cooperation, local undergraduate universities can adjust their education and training plans based on the demands of enterprises on human resources, improve teachers and students＇ practical capabilities by cooperating with enterprises, and find and resolve the practical problems of enterprises by communicating with enterprises. To achieve these goals, extensive contacts between universities and en- terprises is required. This paper, on the basis of local industrial associations, will research how to set up an information interaction platform, promote extensive and deep contacts between universities and enterprises, and eventually reach a goal of long-term and effective university-enterprise cooperation.
