摘 要:目的探讨白细胞介素10(IL-10)启动子区-592位点的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)易感性之间的关系。方法收集100例HSP患儿和153名健康体检儿童全血标本,提取DNA,采用限制片断长度多态分析-聚合酶链反应方法(RFLP/PCR)对IL-10的基因启动子区592位点基因型进行分析,比较病例组与正常对照组的基因分布。结果 HSP患儿IL-10基因-592C/A位点等位基因频率和基因型频率与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-10基因-592C/A多态性与儿童HSP易感性无关。Objective To analyze the relationship between -592 site A/C polymorphism in interleukin 10 (IL-10) gene and susceptibility to Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) in children. Methods The whole blood speci- mens of 112 HSP patients and 153 control subjects were collected and their genomic DNAs were extracted. The IL-10 592 site gene was analyzed by restriction fragment length polymorphism/polymerase chain reaction( RFLP/PCR), and the allele and genotype frequencies were compared between the HSP patients and the normal subjects. Results No significant difference was found in IL-IO gene-592 C/A polymorphism between the HSP patients and the healthy con- trols(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion IL-10 gene-592 C/A polymorphism has no association with susceptibility of HSP in children.
