摘  要:考虑到智能AVC全网控制对电网的安全、经济运行有着重要意义,本文在对比传统AVC与智能AVC之后,从全局协调控制的角度出发,分别指出了智能AVC与自动发电控制AGC、变电所电压无功自动控制VQC以及DAVC协调控制的实施手段,从而引出智能AVC全网协调控制方法。在研究过程中,将分层分区的思想贯穿在整个协调控制中,并将全网的节点电压和关口功率控制在规定范围内,使得AVC与AGC、VQC、DAVC在时间与空间上协调统一起来。这为实现全系统的闭环自动控制提供了基础,同时也为系统全局控制的自动化、有序化、安全化、经济化指出了方向。Considering the important significance of smart AVC to the safe and economic operation of po-wer grids in entire network control,in this paper,the implementation measures on the coordination control among the smart AVC,AGC,VQC and DAVC is pointed out respectively after the comparison of traditional and smart AVC and starting from the entire coordination and control,thus the smart AVC entire network coordination and control method is obtained. During the study period,the theory of hiera-rchical partition is used in the whole coordination control and the entire network node voltage and power control is controlled within the specified range so to coordinate and unify the AGC,AVC,VQC and DAVC in the time and space,which provides the foundation for achieving the closed-loop automatic control of the whole system and,at the same time,also points out the direction of overall control system in automation,ordering,safety,and economization.
