四川省政府推动无障碍旅游发展对策

摘　　要：四川省各类残疾人总数位居全国第二,所占比例全国最高,旅游资源丰富,政府非常重视旅游业的发展,但残疾人无障碍旅游却不容乐观;由此分析了四川无障碍旅游主体需求特点:无障碍旅游主体旅游需求强烈、无障碍旅游主体关注点更广、无障碍旅游主体选择更为固定;由此提出了推动无障碍旅游发展的对策:促进政策的制定和完善,加强无障碍旅游宣传,建立无障碍旅游网络信息库,推动无障碍环境的建设,促进服务无障碍旅游平台的建成.Sichuan has the second biggest number of disabled population with the proportion of the disabled population ranking first in the country. With the abundant tourism resources, the governments at all levels make it a priority to develop tourism in the province, yet the barrier-free tourism for the disabled receives little attention. A demand analysis of the barrier- free tourism in Sichuan is done and it is found., the demand is strong; the subjects of the barrier-free tourism have a wider range of concerns and their choices are more focused. Some counter measures are suggested., the making of supporting laws and im- provement be promoted; the publicity campaign be stepped up and the tourism network information bank for barrier-free tourism be established; the construction of barrier-free environment be accelerated thus to speed up the completion of a barrier- free tourism platform.
