威海市生态经济系统能值分析

摘　　要：对城市生态经济系统的定量分析一直是地理学界研究的热点之一。本文以威海市2015年的生态经济系统为研究对象,运用能值分析理论进行定量分析,发现系统中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。将上述定量分析结果进行"自我"分析与对比分析,发现威海市生态经济系统:(1)能值自给率较高,表明威海市生态经济系统的自给自足的能力较强和对系统内部的资源开发利用程度高;(2)威海市生态系统的环境负载率较低,在生态经济系统的承受范围内,但仍需注意;(3)能值交换率低,在能值财富的交换过程中,系统从中获得的能值财富较少;(4)具有一定的可持续发展能力;(5)不可更新资源能值在能值总量中的比重过高。鉴于上述问题,威海市应该重视人才和科技的作用,开发清洁能源,优化能源结构和经济结构。The quantitative analysis of urban eco-economic system has always been one of the hot spots in the field of geography. In this paper, taking the eco-economic system of Weihai City in 2015 as the object of study, the author conducts a quantitative analysis with the theory of energy analysis in order to find the problems in this system, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. After the self-analysis and comparative analysis of the results of quantitative analysis, it is found that （ 1 ） energy self-sufficiency rate is higher, the result shows that the ecological economic system of Weihai City self-sufficient ability is strong and the internal system of resources development and utilization degree is high; （2） the environment load rate of the ecosystem in Weihai City is low within the limits of the eco-economy, but it still requires atten- tion ; （3） energy exchange rate is low, in the process of exchanging energy wealth, less energy wealth is obtained （4） eco-economic system has a certain capacity for sustainable development; （5） nonrenewable resource proportion of the total energy is too high. In view of the above problems, Weihai government should pay attention to the role of talents and technology, develop clean energy, optimize energy structure and eco- nomic structure.
