摘  要:以球墨铸铁生产专用生铁、碳素废钢和回炉料作为基本炉料,采用中频感应电炉熔炼铁液,以增碳剂和FeSi作为调整C和Si元素的添加剂。对同一批次风电球墨铸铁件附铸试块化学成分、力学性能进行了对比分析,得出以下结论:(1)恰当地选用增C方法,可以在保证铸件力学性能合格率的同时提高生产效率;(2)倒包增C方法虽然能满足工艺要求,但由于w(C_增)量过大,仍然存在铸件力学性能不稳定的情况,在实际生产中尽可能避免或改进工艺;(3)对于w(C_增)量略小于0.15%的铁液,需改善增C方法,提高铸件球化质量。The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the nodular cast iron pieces of the same batch were eompared and analyzed. And nodular iron was used to product special pig iron. Carbon scrap and backfill was used as a basie charge. Medium frequency induction furnace was used to melt iron. Carbon agent and FeSi were used to adjust C and Si elements. The following conclusions were drawn : ( 1 )Appropriate increasing C method could be used to improve the production efficiency while ensuring the qualified rate of mechanical properties of castings. (2)Inereasing C by ladle-to ladle method could meet the requirements of the process,but w(C) the amount was too large to be stable casting mechanical properties. In the actual produetion,it was avoid using this or it must be improved. (3)In iron melt which w(C) increased slightly less than 0.15%,it need to improve the C increasing method and improve the quality of casting spheroidization.
