摘  要:介绍了低底公交车刹车盘的铸件结构,详细阐述了该铸件的原生产工艺,对靠近内浇道的刹车面根部出现的缩松问题进行了大量分析,认为冒口颈低、冒口和冒口颈热模数小是导致缩松的主要原因。采取的措施为:(1)冒口颈上移到上摩擦面外圆处;(2)适当增大冒口及冒口颈模数,将冒口高度由80 mm增加到110 mm,冒口颈高度由5 mm增加到10mm,冒口尺寸由φ70 mm×80 mm增大到φ70 mm×100 mm,并去掉中间内浇道。经X射线检验发现,批量生产600余件制动盘都没有发现缩松缺陷。Casting structure of low-floor bus brakes was introduced. The original production of the casting process was elaborated. According to the shrinkage on brake surface analysis, the main reason were low riser neck and small riser neck modulus. The following measure could be taken: ( 1 )Move the riser neck to outer wear surface.(2)Properly increase riser and riser neck modulus. Change height of the riser from 80 mm to 110 mm and height of the riser neck from 5 mm to 10 mm,the riser size from φ70 mm×80 mm to φ70 mm×100 mm,and remove the intermediate runner. X-ray examination found that no shrinkage defects in more than 600 discs production.
