中西医结合治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的临床疗效,为临床提供参考。方法:选取我院十二指肠球部溃疡并出血患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用传统的内镜直视下单纯使用钛夹治疗,观察组采用中药治疗结合内镜下金属钛夹联合透明帽治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、止血时间、住院时间、不良反应发生率、死亡率及病情复发率。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,止血时间、住院时间、不良反应发生率、死亡率及复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于十二指肠球部溃疡并出血患者,中西医结合治疗止血快、安全性高,复发率及不良反应率低,死亡率低,住院时间短,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on duodenal ulcer bleeding and provide reference for clinic.Methods：120 patients with duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The two groups were given routine treatment, the control group using conventional endoscopic treatment of pure titanium clip alone, the observation group using traditional Chinese medicine combined with endoscopic titanium clip combined transparent cap treatment of clinical.The therapeutic effect,hemostasis time,hospitalization time,adverse reaction rate, mortality and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, hemostasis time,hospitalization time,the mortality rate and the recurrence rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the patients with duodenal ulcer bleeding,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has advantages of fast hemostasis,high safety,low recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate, low mortality rate, short hospital stay and remarkable curative effect.
