摘　　要：概述了一种作为我国原创、拥有完全自主知识产权的新型容积式泵型:新型立式(喷水)三陶瓷柱塞渣浆泵,阐述其核心技术、特点以及运行情况。该泵型针对现代选矿工业朝大规模及大流量发展、矿山尾矿浆的高磨砺、沉降性、有酸蚀性的工况,以及对安全性、可靠性、运行成本的更高要求,提供了一种更适应矿山浆体长距离管道输送工况的新型关键技术及装备,同时对传统的各种容积式泵送设备进行了综合性能比较。A new positive displacement pump of Chinese original with completely independent intellectual proper- ty right was introduced, i. e. vertical （ spray water） three ceramic plunger slurry pump. Its core technology, characteristics and operation were also described. Due to the tendency of large scale and large flow of modem be- neficiation industry, high abrasion, settleability and acid etching of tailings slurry, and higher requirements in safety, reliability and operation costs, a new technology and equipment more adaptable to the long - distance pipeline transportation of slurry was put forward and then its comprehensive performance was compared with tra- ditional positive displacement pumps.
