摘  要:针对岩溶地区嵌岩桩设计及施工过程中出现的质量问题,结合昆明市某高层住宅楼工程,该文阐述了岩溶地区嵌岩桩基施工勘察、设计、施工及检测过程,对桩基承载力取值、施工勘察深度、成桩工艺选择、桩基嵌岩深度、溶洞处理、桩基施工重点等问题进行了研究,指出岩溶地区地质情况复杂多变,嵌岩桩设计时须进行一桩一孔施工勘查,对于岩溶强发育及桩底直径较大时可增加钻孔数量,并根据勘查结果进行桩基设计。Aiming at quality problems in design and construction of socketed pile in karst areas and combining with a high-rise residential building project in Kunming, the construction survey, design, construction and de- tection of socketed pile foundation in karst area were introduced. The value of bearing capacity of pile founda- tion, survey depth, selection of pile formation technology, the rock-socketed depth of pile foundation, karst cave treatment and construction of pile foundation were investigated. It is concluded that due to the complex geological conditions in karst areas, one hole should be drilled for each pile in construction survey and the hole numbers should be increased in developed karst areas and when the diameter of pile bottom is large. The design of pile foundation should be based on survey results.
