摘  要:比较了铜、铝2种常用导体材料的基本特性,并结合工程实例对整流装置母排导体以铝代铜的设计方案进行技术经济比较,得出用铝材代替铜材完全能满足母线的电气性能要求,方便母线焊接,保证焊缝质量。不仅节约大量的金属材料,而且母线支架荷重大大减轻,便于安装、调整,一次投资节省793.517万元。This paper compares the basic characteristics of two commonly used conductor materials of copper and aluminum. The technical and economic comparison of replacing copper with aluminum in busbar conduct design of rectifier was carried out by combining with engineering practices. It is concluded that replacing copper with a- luminum can completely meet the electrical performance requirements of the busbar. It can also facilitate busbar welding and guarantee welding quality. It helps considerably save metal materials and reduce the load of the bus- bar frame, which is convenient for installation and adjustment and helps save 7,935,170 CNY.
