膀胱癌旁组织中腺性膀胱炎的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探析腺性膀胱炎（CG）在膀胱癌前期诊断中的临床意义。方法根据患者性别、年龄、身高、体质量、生活习惯等资料进行统计分组，通过膀胱镜检、膀胱三角区多点活检、癌旁组织多点活检确定CG；利用癌组织活检明确肿瘤性质分级及高压氧治疗．研究CG与膀胱癌的关系。结果本研究共入组膀胱癌患者209例，其中并不伴随CG发生者198例，仅有少数患者（7例）伴随Brunn＇s巢增生型CG，此外还有部分患者（4例）伴随肠上皮化生型CG。高压氧对cG和膀胱癌的治疗并无一致性。结论通过对209例膀胱癌患者的临床调查统计表明CG的发生并不是有效的膀胱癌前期临床诊断标准，对部分患者中出现膀胱癌伴随CG的原因尚有待于继续探究。Objective This study is focus on the clinical significance of cystitis glandularis on tile early diagnosis of bladder canc- er. Methods The statistical groups are divided according the information as gender, age, height, weight, habits of life of the pa- tients. The cystitis glandularis of patients are confirmed by the cystoscopy and patches of biopsies in the trigonum vesicae of bladder and the tissue adjacent to cancer tissues. Hyperbaric treatment was carried out to analyze the association between cystitis glandularis and bladder cancer. Through these results,the relationship between cystitis glandularis and bladder cancer is studied. Results The clinical materials of 209 cases of bladder cancer are collected from 2012 to 2014. The results show that the 198 cases of bladder cancer without detection of the cystitis glandularis,only 11 cases are found the cystitis glandularis adjacent to cancer tissues, some of which are the burrn＇s net subtype cystitis g[andularis（7 cases） and others are the intestinal subtype cystitis glandularis（4 cases）. Also,there is no consistent respond to hyperbaric treatment between cystitis glandularis and bladder cancer. Conclusion Based on clinical investigation of 209 cases with bladder cancer,the results show that the cystitis glandularis is not the effective diagnostic criteria of bladder cancer. But the reasons of some cases of bladder cancer associated with cystitis glandu]aris have yet to be explored.
