优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用及效果研究

摘　　要：目的比较优质护理与常规护理的护理效果，阐明其应用价值。方法选取2015年3月至2016年10月该院收治的小儿肺炎患者90例，按随机分配表分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。观察组应用优质护理模式，对照组应用常规护理模式。比较两组患者护理满意度和疗效等。结果观察组患者护理满意度和疗效均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论患者满意程度的提高和临床症状的显著缓解均得益于优质护理的实施，对同一种治疗方案的效果具有明显的正性增强意义，应用价值高，值得推行。Objective To compare the quality ot nursing care and conventional care program ot care,and to clarity its application value. Methods Ninety cases of pneumonia in children were analyzed. Forty-five patients were treated as control group. Forty-five patients were treated with observation group. The patients in the observation group were treated with high-quality nursing model and patients in control group were treated with conxentional nursing model. Then the nursing satisfaction and treatment effective- ness of both group were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction and treatment effectiveness of the observation group were sig- nificantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improvement of patient ＂s parents＂ satisfaction and the signifi- cant relief of clinical symptoms are all benefited from the implementation of high-quality nursing. The effect of the same treatment has obvious positive enhancement significance and high application value.
