临床护理路径在双C治疗初发肥胖2型糖尿病患者中的实施效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究临床护理路径（CNP）对双c治疗（胰岛素泵与动态血糖监测强化联合治疗）初发肥胖2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法采用随机分组的方式将2014年1月至2015年12月该院收治的双C治疗初发肥胖2型糖尿病患者100例分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组应用CNP，对照组采用常规护理，对两组患者双C治疗知识掌握率、护理质量满意度及健康教育达标率进行对比分析。结果观察组患者无论是Y,KC治疗知识掌握率和护理质量满意度，还是健康教育达标率均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对双C治疗初发肥胖2型糖尿病患者应用CNP能显著提升护理质量，促进患者康复，值得在临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical nursing path for double C effect of early treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 cases of incipient obese patients with type 2 diabetes treated by double C treatment in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2014 were divided into two groups,the observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. In the observation group, pataients were treated with clinical nursing path, and in the control group, patients were treated with convention- al care, the double C treatment awareness rate, nursing quality satisfaction rate and health education knowledge rate were compared and analyzed. Results the double C treatment awareness rate,nursing quality satisfaction rate and health education knowledge rate in observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion in the treatment of double C type 2 di- abetes, the application of clinical nursing path could significantly improve nursing quality, promote patients recover, thus it＇s worthy of popularization and application.
